No not working

Sir,

I have ported my no from realiance to airtel. It almost have been 4 days but my no is not working, i have been trying to call customer care, but they are also not responding. Due my office i m not able to go to airtel office for filing the complain, but after submitting all the documents why my no is not working. Kindly look into the matter on asap basis. Documents were submitted at Nehru place office of airtel.
