Airtel Prepaid deducting money from my phone

Airtel Prepaid is deducting money from my Mobile without me having activated any of their services. First they are deducting money from my mobile on account of Mobile bazaar which i have never activated nor used. I recharged my mobile a day before yesterday with Rs. 100 twice but without even using the phone my mobile balance has both times been reduced to Rs. 0.07.

Customer Care say they would respond within 24 hours which they are not doing.
