Main Balance Diduction

Dear Sir,

I (Ajit Pratap) am using airtel prepaid no. 9005022074 for last 2 years, on 6-Apr by evening I recharged my phone by Rs. 100. But next day my account was diducted for caller tune charges while i have not applied for any one. and when i complain on customer care the disconnect the phone. they Dicduct Rs. 45 for that without any pre information.
