Deducted 99 Rs

Respected Sir,

I am surfing internet, during the surfing i got message that your last call charge is 99 Rs. When I called customer care they told me that you have purchase a game so the charges apply to you.

But fact i come to know about game when i called customer care. I did not access any service message. Even this service message details also i known when i called customer care..

This 99 Rs. deducted worngly... I go my log details in my mobile for clarification but there in coming message of airtel is true but after that there is no packet data assess.than how they deducted my valuable money.

Please DO something for that.
