Airtel Prepaid
Never connects to customer service and keeps adding unwanted service charges

For the last 3 months I have constantly had airtel keep adding unwanted and unrequested services to my phone and keep charging for it @ Rs. 10/service. When ever I try to call Airtel customer service they do not even connect they simply disconnect.

This is absolutely not the kinda of service or customer care I signed up for when i first got Airtel. If this continues I think i will be forced to remove mine and my entier family's connection from Airtel and will be taking it to some other service provider who can deliver to their customers.

Airtel is by far the worst customer service I have noticed.
