Airtel automatic servive activation and renewal

My airtel mobile no. is 9974577504. I have been charged for useless airtel live services which I never activated. They keep deducting 10rs and charge me for weird services and there renewal. When i ask them why I have been charged, they say that you have activated it via airtel live, which I never used!! PLEASE HELP ME!
