Deduction of balnce without any information

I am using Airtel prepaid connection (7709349525) from past 5 months. There was, a message arrived from Airtel which say "Thanks for downloading JavaGame from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.40. Although I have not downloaded any game and this is the 2nd time I am paying. How do I get rid of this?
