Wrong activation of Caller tune and marhwah charges

I have not registered for CALLER TUNE AND Marwarh service (daily charges of Rs. 2) still the company is charging this amount to my account:-

I want to give them a Warning that to stop immediately otherwise I will take legal action under the follwoing law:--

1. Case of Fraud under IPC 1908,

2. Give me the reason with proper proof when I applied for the same. under Right to information act.

and other Low of Fraud under other section...

take the action immedittely and refune my money...
