Airtel Prepaid
MMS Service

I use mobile No.9789931440 - Airtel prepaid service. Though I have not activated any value added services, I am getting message that MMS Service is activated and Rs.2 deducted. I tried to speak to airtel customer care officer and it was never a possibility. I wish a top executive from Airtel try reaching the Airtel customer care from any common airtel telephone number and see the service provided by them. I tried a solution through google, it directs to the page which talks about how to subscribe I could not find any information about unsubscribe. If anyone knows how to deactivate please reply.
