Unwanted recoveries

Sir,

I owe air tel prepaid mobile no. 9794360985 since last almost two years. But never before such higher state of irregularities of deducting unnecessary charges, such as missed calls & received calls of the same state, were noticed for my said mobile as is being incurred now a days. Requested to look in to the matter personally &take necessary action against defaulters pl.&also arrange refunds of such amounts.
