Stop connection outgoing/incomming

I had a mobile connection Number 9794596855 which has been provided by the Bharti Airtel Ltd. to me, the services were running smoothly all of a sudden the services were blocked by the service provider company (incoming/outgoing) when I contact the concern Local Office of the Company, the representative told me that in ID verification it is found that ID is not correct. I request him to provide the fresh ID alongwith the application form of the company and I deposited the fresh ID to a Local Office of the Company in Lucknow. 03 months have been passed till now the connection is not activated while Rs.833/ balance maintain in my above mobile number. Please look into the matter and get me relief in the above matter as I have already suffered too much in this regard. Either immediately run my prepaid connection or transfer the credits on my another Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number 9760929555/ 7897009554. Hoping that you will solve the problem as early as possible.
