Airtel prepaid mobile connection
Auto-deduction with SMS

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 19.12.2010 a total no. of 19 SMS came from 52233 requesting "provide keypad no.". And with every SMS Rs.1/- deducted from my account. At the end total Rs.19/- deducted.

I try to talk customer care personnel sevaral times but they pay little attaintion to my complain.

Please do something so that Airtel Co. forced to reimburse my deducted ammount.
