Airtel Pre Paid mobile service
Unauthosised deduction of charges from the mobile balance

Hi,

I am K.K.Agarwal & i have a prepaid connection of Airtel Mumbai no. 9987925738 & its a life time card. I stay at Lower Parel. Since last week SMSs on cricket scores have started coming to me and some charges/amount is deducted from my balance, as i have never opted for this service i request you to stop this alerts/ SMS service from immediate effect and return back the amount deducted from my balance to me. An immediate action will be appreciated.
