Activation of value added service without permission and deducting balance

I mr ravinder pal singh having prepaid mobile services from air tel mobile no. 987666 04441. has been informed by message on 3rd feb. that my friends chat service has been renewed.and rs 30 has been charged toward this service. where as i have been never using this service, nor i have asked for this service . i hope my grievences will be addressed. and balance refunded.
