EXCESS CHARGING FOR INCOMING CALL OF LOCAL PHONES

The AIRTEL charging STD/ROAMING charges for local calls made and deducting amounts as it happened with me just before half hour. I received call of local call and it was charged @ Rs.6.21 for pressing answer key. It happened twice. On complaint to the customer care of AIRTEL it was told me that the amount was deducted against the local calls made at 9.25 & 9.26. which is also wrong. That time I call my brother locally in Punjab from Chandigarh. The company is cheating the customers in this way. Is there any way to prevent this cheating company for future and other innocent customers like myself.
