Deactive of sms booste

I have actived 36rs sms booster last two weeks. but today evening they deactived without any information. sometimes they active some alerts without informing and taking charges for that.for each customer they do like this what about uneducated and without knowledge peoples.. and i call customer care for 1 hour but no response my time waste around 9pm to 10.30pm. am sensitive person.. i got distrubed about this issue. my sleep get spoiled n dinner.. kindly get this issue as serious and please clear this issue..
