Unsolicited activation and deduction of charges from customersw

Airtel has resorted to un requested activation of services such as Baba Ramdev tips / cricket scores /Movie musti/ Cash jeetneka mssgs etc which are not requested by users. The customer care executive is not available to redress our complaints and to stop this nuissance of scores of mssgs and in some cases deductions of money causing loss to customer's hard earned money.

Is this the way for Airtel to generate revenues at the cost of customers helplesness? Pl stop this unrequested activation of services and activate services only if customer needs it otherwise NOT.
