Message Pack activated is not working its costing charges for the massages

I am Sourabh Lakade, I activated the massage pack of 24 Rs. on my Airtel sim having No. 09960320547 on 20th Nov. 2010. As per the pack I got the the 500 massages on 20th Nov. But after 20th Nov. the massages are chareged 50 paise. I called to the Airtel customer care centre 5 times and given the complaint but still not got the service. So it is my request to the consumer court that to start my massage pack service. Also please take the action on the Airtel. My Reference No. of Airtel complaint is CBNRA21125696646.
