To Chane post paid to prepaid

My mobile numbers are 967769777 & 9677957777.I am using post paid connection for both of my mobile phone. i want to change post paid to prepaid. i am using it for my business. so i need the same number. 1 months back i went to Airtel office i explained that and i submitted my proof. they gave me two new Sim.

Still it not been changed to prepaid. whenever i ask they say tomorrow, after two days like that. pls change it as much as possible to prepaid.
