Inflated bills

I had opted for a post paid 3G connection in Oct with rs 249/- as basic Charge &450/- for 1.2GB 3G data connection on monthly basis. For

a few months all went accordingly not until march where I was slapped a bill of rs 1950/- when my phone remained shut for most of the peroid

for the month under consideration. On query no proper answer was available. I closed the data connection on 23/3.My connection No is 9724812777.Please kindly help.
