To the HR recruiters of Bharati Airtel Limited.
I would like to bring your kind information that pls pls hire a well educated personnel to attend the calls and guide the customers. Persons who attend the call are not so fluent in english and they don't seem to be updated with the current happenings inside your organisation. They just answer like an illiterate and i am very amazed that why airtel is loosing its standard. Didn't expected such a worse service nowadays from airtel. I am planning to change the mobile network very soon if its the same. If someone who really is concerned about providing better service to the customer can look into it and solve the issue.
