Cheating by offering cell tower erection

Sir, In june/july /august there are continuous classified advertisement under business services in reputed telugu daily EENADU seeking applications for erection of cell towers. After that they are asked to send around rs 7, 200/- by way of DD.It's company MD/or representative one Mr. Kumar bhatia with cell nos09958563276, 09015476341.This person cell worked till 17th October. From 28th November this cheat switched of his cell, by11th December there is automated response: this number does not exist, please check the number.

I am one of the victim of this cheat. I urge all the persons who are cheated by this conman must immediatley send complaints to gurgaon police station with full details and with full transaction details. I request EENADU TELUGU DAILY PAPER not to carry this type of bogus advertisements for the sake of generating revenue. I request eenadu authorities to verify from whom this advertisement came, and I hope they will take necessary action.
