Unnecessary deduction of currency

I am using airtel no from last 5 year i, e 9980668620. but now without any information or msg they deducting Rs.10 on 14-01-11.i caaled to customer care But they not giving exact reason and telling that i activeted jokes pcak. so please pll give my currency back or give exact reason what it was deducted. or else i ll change my service thats it no other option.
