Unsolicited calls

Dear Sir,

I am a Cellular Subscriber of Aircel Cellular, Jammu and my number is 8803178540.

I am receiving unsolicited calls from Aircel Jammu for Caller tunes. Operator is completely unprofessional in its service and everyone is suffering from them. Sometimes, we are driving, sleeping, in the hospital or in some business meeting, suddenly a call pops up into your phone and song starts playing.

When talked to Customer care, They say that we have to register at 1909.

When called 1909... We get message " All lines in this route are busy, Please try after some time". I have been trying from last 1 week to call 1909. I even tried to send SMS " START DND " to 1909, but received reply as " You are not a registered subscriber of Aircel". If I am not a registered subscriber of Aircel, then how can they allow me to make normal calls.

Please help.
