No spares, battery and service

I purchased ajanta mobile handset at shimoga karnataka in decmber

2007 by paying rs..4600/ .Now I approached Apexa collections (triveni)

the then dealer of your company mobile handsets for battery replacement

and service for problem in charging the unit it switches off when power

is turned on. They expresessed their inability to provide battery or any service

to your mobile handsets in breach of assurance given at the time of purchase.

Then iI contacted mr.shivkumar, one who is responsible the area for doing

needful urgently as it essential and cannot be waited... He.also expressed inability

several times

In this situation I cannot wait or wander pillar and post for essential service in our

city. I have issued notice to the dealer to give service or pay damages to replace

the handset urgently. He has not responded so far. And as a responsible corporate

company sold the product is bound to provide spares and service at the place sold

immediately. But it is not available months together qnd no hope as you have

discontinued sales and service.

I call upon to compensate me for inconvenience caused and pay damages to

the unit with readily available handset which has satisfactory service and spares

on demand. I demand at least Rs.25000/ as damages. Failing which I approach

proper REDRESSAL FORUM.Please dont give scope for it.
