Number portability

We have paid amount of 370 rupees for number portability from BPL to VODAFONE the day of 12/11 since the day we payed the amount we have not received any response from them and we tired calling them even there customer care number given on the cash receipt :-9619218137/9619218126 ringing no buddy attend the phone. Because of this nonsense am losing my business just because my number is switched off as per andromeda marketing pvt.ltd person gave me new Vodafone sim card saying it will active with in a week which still not working, at the my end i paid my total bill amount to LOOP MOBILE AND forward my PORT number to andromeda marketing pvt.ltd which we received from LOOP MOBILE.

My cash receipt number given by andromeda marketing pvt.ltd [RECEIPT NO. LCT 50424]

Sir pls take this as my complaint and take necessary action
