Unauthorized deduction of Rs 40

I received an SMS yesterday the 21 May from MIMOBITV (Thank you for subscribing all chanels/weeks Rs:40/week. To unsucribe send MYUNSUB to 55447. The question is why should you deduct Rs.40 from my mobile accounts without my knowledge. I also talked with BSNL Customare Care with this issue and they have told be to approach MIMOBITV. I want Rs 40 to be credited immadiately to my mobile account.
