Activated hello tune without my permission

On 24th october for mobile hello tune is activated with out my permission. and i contacted customer care for several times. but the problem hasnt solved. they are giving some numbers and asking to dial those numbers and it will be cancelled... i tried those numbers and am getting reply as "invalid service code"
