Charging extra amount per transaction

I P.R.Vijay bhaskar reddy is a practicing advocate at vikarabad towm. my mobile 9948296191 is idea post paid connection. whenever i visit the APonline at vikarabad for payment of the bill he is charging extra of Rs.10/- per transaction. if questioned about the same he is answering not to pay the bill at his franchisee. this is the only APoline centre at Viakrabad. no other APonline or eseva centre is here. kindly register my complaint and take action against the franchise.
