Unsatisfactory service at Nokia Customer Care

I gave my Nokia 6600 to the Micronas Telecommunications (Authorized Nokia Customer Care, Noida), they charged me 30 for my snag and then handed over the cell to me. But the cellphone was giving the same problem again so i visited them again. They told me to send the handset to Nokia and for that they charged a hafty amount of Rs 976. But am facing the same problem again. Whenever i visit them, they take my handset and return it next day without any rectification. I am getting ugged with them, Someone please suggest what should i do???
