Efund of money

Me and my wife had booked a honeymoon package from THOMAS COOK for asian wonders for 9th of april... we had submitted all the documents 1 months before.we were suppose to visit three places singapore, malaysia and thailand.

Our two visa was done and thomas cook people said that thailand visa we will get on arrival and they returned Rs - per person, but after reaching thailand it was charged around 4000/- per person. Although it was not my fault as i submitted all the documents 1 month before thomas cook is refusing to pay me the difference amount which i paid for on arrival visa..
