Non reciept of refund amount

1. I tried to book airtickets through the goibibo.com website for Mumbai - Indore sector on Jan 22, but the transaction failed, as I did not get any confirmation. When I enquired at ibibo, I was told no booking has been completed. However, an amount of Rs 4496 was debited from my account. The transaction details appearing in my bank acct are

MHDF2676222958-IBIBO.COM 122182508 22 Jan 4496.00

2. I again tried on Jan 26, and I was successful in booking the ticket (same passengers / same date / same flight). The transaction details for this successful transaction are :

MHDF2678162750-IBIBO.COM 126151124 26 Jan 4496.00

I have been asking for a refund for the failed transaction above since Feb and have written 6-8 emails to IBIBO. They have been telling me that the refund has been delayed due to technical difficulties, and will be made in a few days.

However, even after 4 months, I have not recieved the refund.
