Awesome holidays giving false commitment and not refund

We found the services of awesome holidays (ah) least comfortable and not good enough for me to continue with ah. In spite of our more than 30 days notice for reservation to shimla trip, and repeated calls for confirmation mail of koti resorts reservation, we were only given false promises by awesome holidays. Only verbal commitments were given.

Both me and my wife are working in mnc, s and inspite of our busy schedules, we managed our work priorities, DID reservations to reach shimla and all went in vain!!

we got commitment from them for refund after 90 days, in spite of reminder to them there is no response from them. Also I have called them but there is no response from them.

Request you to please do the needful in getting refund. If needed i can send all the communciation mail and reminder i have sent to them.
