Dear Sir

I have been mis-guided by Bag it Today (India Today Group company) for holiday voucher.

My booking details are: Booking ID - 777786522

Order No : 216196

Invoice no: TRNPL/DLI/218661

amount paid Rs. 7000

Compnay Name: Today retail network Pvt Ltd - DLI

Company Address: B-47 Indira Enclave Neb Sarai, New Delhi - 110068

Holiday voucher has been mis-sold to me by Diya 9015427538 and Mahesh 9289656917 who called me from company call center.

I have been trying to get in touch with both of them but they are not responding to my calls/mails.

I would like to cancel this booking and want refund of rs. 7000 paid to Bag it today.
