False assurance

I had purchased books Set (12Books) for Rs. 2999/- 6 voucher, and promised 2n/3dsys packages with food and to and fro fair, which i had purchased in july after being in communication with them for nearly 2 years till date i have not been able to avail my holiday voucher.
