Book My Holiday
Referal Gift Not received

I had taken a holiday package from Book My Holiday (Bag it Today). I was coaxed to provide references and based on 15 conversions a free Laptop. I gave over 25 references and 15 got converted. Till then the sales executive kept on calling me asking for more references etc. The moment i stopped giving references and asked for my gift there has been no response. I have a mail from the executive stating that he has forwaded the request and that I will get the laptop soon. It has been 2 months now and there is no resolution. I have written over 10 mails for which there is no response now. I have even called over 15 times at the call centre and every time I am told that they are looking into it and will get back. 3 weeks back they said that the same is out of stock hence the delay but they will send an email confirmation which till date has not been received. Today again when I called they are stating that they will check and get back. Im wondering now that if this the whole thing was a scam and whether i will ever get my gift.
