BOOK MY HOLIDAYS ( BAG IT TODAY)
WRONG INFORMATIONS

Dear Sir/Maam,

THis is a complaint about the bag it holidays offered by BOOK MY HOLIDAYS "BAG IT TODAY".

1) The time i recived a call i was been told by the sales executive Mr Pradeep that it is not necessary to utilise the voucher at one go. I can have 2 seprate holidays by paying a mere 250 rupees.

Now that i have recieved the booklet its says that i have to use it at one go only.

2) Second complaint is that i had been told by him that this voucher is for 4 adults and that i would get 2 rooms or 1 big room which can accomodate 4 adults.

Now the bookelt that i have recieved mentions that its for 2 adults and 2 chilrens below the age of 18.

We had kept huge trust on you by paying Rs 7000/- and now i realised its a sales gimmik.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IT.
