Bsnl / CDMA (NIC CARD)
No response to replace instrument

I have purchased CDMA (NIC Card) China made instrument for Phone no. 8643291997 from BSNL Office, Bapatla, guntur - D.T. Andhra Pradesh on may with Rs. 3188. It is not working since August I am requested the GM, Guntur to replace the instrument, but no use, moreever the GM, Guntur is not happy, that i registered a complint on BSNl Custmore care since 4 months, Until now my problem is not solved. I am regularly approaching the Office by phone, by person, by mail. But no use
