Conductors Rude behavior and negligence of service

Its so embarrising that I have to raise the complaint about the irresponsibility of a conductor.

Today (18th Jan) I was travelling from Kempe Gowda bus stand till Silk board through a Karnataka Sarige bus. Bus number is KA - 42, F - 079.

Firstly, the conductor was very rude with the passengers with his talk.

The passenger sitting next to me was not given the ticket for bommanahalli but he took the money from him. I too gave him Rs10 when he asked me Rs 8 for the travel till silkboard.

But without rendering the ticket and the balance he walked off to other passengers.

I came to know the passenger sitting next to me was also not given the tickets.

When he came back near to me, I asked him the change and the ticket.

He replied saying he needs another Rs.8 to give me the ticket.

When I gave him another Rs.10 he gave me a ticket for Rs.18 which goes till Chandapura.

Again he fled from that place after giving me the ticket without rendering the balance of Rs.2

While getting down I fought with him asking why he has not given the balance.

He said, he didnt have it. If he doesnt have it, he should have told me about it.

Finally, I gave the change for Rs.8 and got the Rs.10 back.

Here, its clear that the UTTER NEGLIGENCE of the conductor is hurting all.

We have to pay for the service and also get the ill treatment by these conductors.

Its a SHAME ON THE TRANSPORT AUTHORITIES, having these kind of people in service.

It would be great, if someone can take the necessary action against these culprits.

They are knowingly stealing the money from the government, people and not realising their mistake to the community. They must be punished.
