Bus Not Came to Bus Stand

Dear Sir,

I have reserved a ticket from vinukonda (Guntur Dist) to Madanapalle on 16/01. Bus was expected to come at 7pm to vinukonda bus stand. I waited from 6 pm to 10.30 pm. Bus did not arrived to vinukonda apsrtc bus station. I booked ticket as i need to attend a government job interview. I missed out everything. please ecsalate this and let me know how to escalate this. You will get a Seat reservation slip, at least after seeing this your driver should have came to bus stand.
