Fraud and Cheating

Dear Sir / Madam,

I took a Membership for amount 15000 Rs for 3 years from Casa Retreat on 15th Jan. When I took the membership they informed that you can book the holiday through site or call us anytime we will book the same. Also they told you will get IATA agent code through which you can book airline tickets and avail discounts and I asked on the same day please let me know the process they told you will get the IATA agent code in 24 hours, which I have not received and now when I try calling on the same number no body picks the phone. Also when i told them to refund my money back, they are not refunding and also now not responding to my call. I went through complaints by many people and dont want to continue this. Company told before I took the membership that within one month you can surrender the membership and get your money back. But now no one is picking the phone. Kindly help in getting my money back atleast. There is no option in there website too for booking any reservations or anything. Also would request to take necessary action on the company so that no other people becomes victims of this company. They also committed that you can book cab and avail 30% discount and is 24/7 services in bangalore. But as told above no one picks the phone.
