Chintamani Travels cheated me like anything. I purchased 3 bus tickets from Pune to Hyderabad. We waited at thier stop for so long after some time the shop guy said bus went away and we shocked.

We asked for refund, he just abused us and teared the ticket and said just go from here, we double shocked. we are helpless, can any one please help??
