Poor Bus Service

Hi,

I had two tickets priority booked for one of the City link AC bus.

On the travel Date (just before 2 hours from my departure) I got a call from the service provider that the bus which I have booked is canceled due to some group booking and I have been “adjusted“-

1) In another bus

2) of another service provider

3) at totally different scheduled time

4) On a least preferred seat.

I opted to cancel my booking but they refused saying it is against policy. If still I would like to cancel then I will get only 50% refund.

Some how I could manage to get some amount of my booking amount but many passangers ended with 0 result.

Don't we have some guidelines which these travel agents or service providers need to strictly follow.
