NON REFUND OF ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR HOTEL BOOKING

Dear sir,

I have booked two rooms in Le royal Median hotel in mumbai for my guest from China through a travel agent Namely coral reef Holidays from ahemedabad in the month of Novenmer at the time of booking they have demanded for a advance payment rs 15000, as my booking date was for march as per shedule my guest have occupiied they room and during checkout i have contacted the Coresponding person form the travel agent to check as how i have to settle the balance payment, he advised me to clear the total bill with the hotel staff itself directly and he shall refeun me the advance paid, hence i did so, after that form march to till date i have been continualsy folloing up for the paymnet though call and email, in the beging he promissed me that he will settele the amount with few days, but till date i have not received my money, nowadays he not attaending my calls as wellas not repling to my e mails, since i am based in chennai it is very difficult for me to go to ahemedabad to meet the travel agent,

Hence i kindly request you take necessary action against the Travel agaent to refund my advance payment, pease note below the complete address of travel agent with contact person details
