STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY

My Aunt Nosrat Sayed (Passport Number: G0435291) recently approached this company to obtain her visa to come to south Africa and do her travel arrangements however this company has taken advantage of her and have ripped her off with her hard earned cash. This agency had booked her, a mother, in Hotel Formula 1 in Wynberg which is a rough area for a women to be in . having found out this I asked her to please change this hotel location to somewhere near Fordsburg and suggested a few hotels for her as well but this agency repeatedly has refused to change the hotel and have taken 24000 Rupees from her for this as and refuse to return it to her, currently she is coming here knowing that her money will never be returned and was treated with utter disrespect.
