Please let me know the procedure to file a consumer complaint. Its about a online bus booking website customerneedz.com]. I have been debited Rs.7280 but no tickets were booked. No refund also has been given. This is the address of the company. When called they do not give proper response. Please let me know on how to file a case against them. On searching the internet, I've found several people cheated by the same company. PLease do the needful..
