Amount Debited from the Account, But the ticket booking failed.

I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore on 30th April, for Neeta Travels through CUSTOMERNEEDZ.COM website, for Rs. 1400/-, using my HDFC CC. But to my utter dismay even though the ticket amount of 1400/- is charged against my Credit Card (HDFC bank), the site's page confirmed the transaction, but didn't report the transaction or ticket numbers, but just displayed "Your ticket is not booked, Please try again".

I was shocked to see that even after feeding in my card details and the transaction getting validated and confirmed (for Rs 1400/- through my HDFC Credit card), I did not receive the ticket and/or even the ticket number. When I contacted Neeta travels, I was shocked to know that there were no records for my ticket.

All this while I have tried to call their CUSTOMER CARE numbers at least 100 times and it is always "Not Reachable" or it rings through and no body picks the call.

I am highly upset with their service and have reasons enough to report this as "FRAUD" by the merchant establishment and will escalate this through legal channels, in case the ticket is not refunded back to me at the earliest.

Please don't book tickets through these untrusted sites. Why necessary action is not taken against this type of fake sites?? This type of site owners should be literally fined and the sites should be banned. I am taking this whole episode as an utter breach of trust and through my channels will take all the course of actions, to get my rightful money back.
