Improper sitting

Dear Sir,

I had booked ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore on 9th May from Vashi, Navi Mumbai (1.30 pm) for ladies seat they confirmed that seat is for ladies only, but after coming the bus person was sitting (Man) I called to agent and KSRTC office two times but no one respond on that, I was very uncomfortable during the journey.

For taking ladies ticket I had paid more money to agent and he assured for ladies seat, that thins is very bad for customers, I always trust on transports and their services but after this visit I will never trust on it.

Very bad experience
