Action required against DTC bus drive

I was traveling on Route No. 879 DTC low floor bus (Bus No. C 8430 Ashok Leyland) on 14-09 evening. The bus going towards Shahabad Diary. Around 8.30 PM the bus reached my stop in Sardar Chowk. I requested the bus driver to stop the bus in my next bus stop. The Driver was not only stop the bus but he used abuse words against me. That bloody driver was asking me that "theri baap ne banaya yaham pe stop! ". Really I got surprised to here this kind of words from a DTC low floor bus driver. Since all buses are stopping there, why this bloody driver refused to stop? Therefore, I kindly request your goodness to take immediate necessary action against the said driver.
