Fraud by travel agent

I have booked a holiday package through DESTINATION HOLIDAYS, RAJOURI GARDEN NEW DELHI for 4 nights and 5 days (25/12 to 29/12).the package cost was rs.13000.00 in quality inn hotel for two adults and 1 child (12 yrs) for a DUPLEX room, including breakfast and dinner. I got the voucher from this travel agent after making full payment in advance.

When we reached manali and checked in the hotel, we were shocked to know from the hotel manager that the travel agency has not made the full payment to the hotel and the child is not included in the package and we have to pay additional charges for the child. I made many telephone calls to the travel agent but without any proper reply... even they stopped responding to my e-mails.

The hotel staff informed me that our original booking was for a duplex room for which we have been charged but the travel agent after receiving payment has downgraded our room from duplex to deluxe.
